In cinema romantic comedy film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, directed by Luv Ranjan, starrer Ranbir Kapoor, and Shraddha Kapoor crossed the charts of 100 CRS a while ago, and the current collections of the movie are around 109 CRS. The estimated budget for the flick is around 70 CRS, and two weeks after the release of the film it has grossed over 109 CRS. Although, it did not cross the mark of Pathaan.
The film got mixed reviews and at first, it seemed like the movie would not collect this amount but surprisingly it crossed the 100 CRS. The film got a lot of negative reviews even then, but it is doing pretty well in the cinemas. The movie was released on 8 march 2023 around Holi. It marked Shraddha Kapoor’s return to the big screen after three long years on top of it, the pair have worked together for the first time. Boney Kapoor, who is making his acting debut, and Dimple Kapadia were cast as Ranbir’s parents. Anubhav Singh Bassi, a stand-up comedian, made his acting debut, and Monica Chaudhary made her Hindi cinema debut. In January 2023, Hasleen Kaur said that she would be in the movie.
