The furious drama follows the rise of a fictional 1960s Midwestern motorcycle club through the lives of its members. The ensemble cast includes Killing Eve fame Jodie Comer, Austin Butler, Tom Hardy, Michael Shannon, Mike Faist, and Norman Reedus. It’s good to see Tom Hardy and Austin Butler in a frame. The duo dynamic is absolutely a treat to watch. Judi Commer’s screen presence is mindblowing. She often gives us the Killing Eve vibes. The direction, script and casting are on point. Tom Hardy killed with his natural performances and Austin looks so charming and amazing in the film. The Bikeriders seem so promising with this stellar combination of Hollywood’s best talent.
The trailer is so intriguing as it doesn’t reveal much of the story, and it’s increased hype for an unexpected film. The Bikeriders premiered at the 50th Telluride Film Festival on August 31, 2023, and is scheduled to be released in the United States only in theater on December 1, 2023.
