In less than a year, their net worth is 85 thousand dollars. In barely 4 months, their song Cupid was on repeat all over the globe, making Fifty Fifty the fastest K-pop group to enter the US Billboard Hot 100 and UK Singles Chart. Additionally, they became the first K-pop girl group to enter the top ten of the UK charts.
The meaning behind the group name is heart-touching. It indicates the coexistence, in equal parts, of a hope-filled ideal and a harsh reality, and their hope to be a whole 100 with their fans. A little introduction about these gorgeous girls, Saena is a 2004 girl who likes cleaning as a hobby and she looks up to BLACKPINK for inspiration. Keena is 20 years old and likes chicken feet and hates beans. Saena and Keena are roommates and she has trained for 7.5 years. Sio is the same age as Saena who makes journal entries every day. If not a singer, she says she’d like to be an author, apparent in her journal writing habit. Lastly, Aran adds to Seana and Sio in terms of age and likes what most of the world dislikes – mint chocolate. Aran’s role model is Ariana Grande and her favorite trait about herself is her eyebrows.
