It is well known that the action drama Chatrapathi, which was released in 2005, is being remade by young hero Bellamkonda Srinivas for his Bollywood debut. VV Vinayaka is directing the Hindi adaptation, while the Pen Studios banner is providing the funding.
On the other hand, the original film director Rajamouli won an Oscar for his mammoth film RRR in the category of Original Song for Naatu Naatu.
The latest news is that the makers are eyeing a date to release the movie in a grandeur way. According to the sources, May 5 is the finalized date for the film to reach big screens.
According to reports, the Hindi adaptation is slightly different from the original Chatrapathi plot. Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas will make his Hindi film debut with this production. To appeal to the target audience, the decision was made to change the plot of the movie.
The father of SS Rajamouli, KV Vijayendra Prasad, has made significant adjustments to close the gaps in the movie. With the modifications, the movie would become more seductive and risqué with exciting action scenes.
Apart from the Chatrapathi Hindi remake, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has Stuartpuram Donga in the pipeline.
