Superstar Mahesh Babu’s movie Sarkaru Vari Pata was released on the 12th of this month and is running okay. A lot of screens are just half full. But the movie team is very much determined to make the movie success with success meets and tours. According to sources, Mahesh will be touring Kurnool tomorrow for the success tour of SVP. Unlike the previous decade, these days everyone knows the result of a movie no matter what the movie team does. Hence the promotions of the SVP team post-release are baffling a lot of people. Maybe the producers want the movie to join the list of hits though it’s in the average category now.
Another question in Tollywood circles is why Mahesh shows so much interest in the SVP project. He is trying hard to promote the movie by coming out of his comfort zone. He never promoted his previous underappreciated movies like Spyder and Brahmotsavam or one nenokkadine. Is it because he is one of the producers of the movie? Well, only Mahesh can answer this question. Directed by Parasuram Petla, SVP was bankrolled by Mythri movie makers, 14 reels, and GMB entertainment.
