Jai is an Indian actor and musician working in Tamil movies. Jai made his film debut at age 16 as Vijay’s younger brother in the 2002 film Bhagavathi, with director A. Venkatesh. In past, Jai ran into trouble for making controversial comments about the potential box office fare of his future films that he had signed in that period. He gained fame after playing a supporting role in Venkat Prabhu’s sports film Chennai 600028
Today the team of Lady Superstar75 officially announced actor Jai to be part of the untitled movie with the caption ‘Sandhoshathula kannu verkudhu’ as we welcome our boy next door on board to our #LadySuperstar75 family. Wishing a very happy birthday to @Actor_jai’
The film will be starring Nayanthara as the main lead and now Jai is on board for this project under the direction of Nilesh Krishnaa. The film also stars Jai, Sathyaraj, and Redin Kingsley in the lead roles.
The film was launched on July 12 2022 with a pooja ceremony.
The film is produced by ZEE Studios, Trident Arts, and Naad Studios. This film will be the reunion for both the actors Nayanthara and Jai after 25 years. They were last seen in Raja Rani’s movie, directed by Atlee in his directorial debut. This is an exceptional movie for Nayanthara as it is her 75th film. coming to the project reportedly directors said “As this is her (Nayanthara) 75th film, I’m committed to delivering the trust and confidence she has in us.”
Jai’s upcoming movies are Theera Khadhal and Arjunan Khadhal.
The shoot for the untitled movie lady superstar75 is yet to commence and the details about the cast and plot are unrevealed.
