A star-studded pre-release party in Hyderabad was recently arranged by the Animal crew, in anticipation of the film’s release date. Notable South celebrities in attendance included SS Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, and others.
As RRR director SS Rajamouli entered the stage, she complimented Animal’s star, Ranbir Kapoor. “I’ll tell you right away that my favorite actor is Ranbir Kapoor,” he said with assurance. Rajamouli also praised the Tamasha actor for his performances’ vulnerability and intensity.
Furthermore, heightened expectations for Animal by calling it a top-notch movie and expressing his best wishes for Ranbir to achieve unprecedented success upon its release. The Bahubali director puts Ranbir on the spot during the occasion, asking him to choose between starring in one film only with Sandeep Reddy Vanga or with himself. The director persists, even though Ranbir tries to sidestep the topic with a joke about his double duty. Finally, Ranbir shows his allegiance to the director by stating plainly that he would pick Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
