Director Srikanth Addala is famous for his films Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Mukunda, and Brahmotsavam which are family entertainers. Later he made a mass dramatical movie Narappa starring Venkatesh which is a remake of a Tamil film. Srikanth got good fame with all these movies.
Today the director has announced his new film titled ‘Peddha Kapu-1.’ The film stars Virat Karrna in the lead role marking his debut with this film. The film is bankrolled by Ravinder Reddy under the banner Dwaraka Creations. It is being presented by the makers of the blockbuster film Akhanda.
Under the title of the film, ‘A common man’s signature’ is written which implies that the film is going to be a raw mass entertainer. As the title suggests, it may also showcase the problems regarding the caste system. More details about the film have to be announced yet.
