Sonam Kapoor, known for her roles in Neerja for which she won a National award and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo etc., is a popular Hindi actress and daughter of Anil Kapoor. Sonam Kapoor’s last acting gig was “The Zoya Factor” in 2019 after which she made a cameo in “AK vs AK” in 2020 , soon after which she, along with husband Anand Auja, welcomed their son Vayu into the world in August 2022. The actress has been MIA from the big screens since her last release but is all set to make her come back post motherhood with her new movie “Blind”.
The movie’s teaser has just come out and looks to be promising with Sonam Kapoor playing the role of a blind woman tracking down a serial killer. The teaser has an fast paced and eerie vibe, beginning with Sonam seen getting into a cab and later being attacked by the driver. The scene then shifts to Sonam, who can be seen giving a statement to the cops but when another woman goes missing, she decides to take matters into her own hands. The teaser ends on an enthralling & intense note, with some more quick glimpses and the antagonist saying “don’t enter the darkness of my mind, you will be rendered helpless”, to which Sonam Kapoor replies ” I live in darkness, I will put an end to this”. The film airs this July 7th on Jio Cinema and fans are eagerly waiting to unravel this story, with the teaser being met with nothing but positive and excited comments !
