Tollywood filmmaker Nag Ashwin is the current trending search. All eyes are on him to see what he has in store for the cinephiles in his upcoming movie titled Project-k. He debuted with a cool and classic genre film titled ‘Evade Subramanyam’, for which he got some attention right off the bat. Then he choose the story of Sri late Savitri Garu and made an epic story, ‘Mahanati’.
Heading such a magnanimous film was quite adventurous, as at the time he had only the experience of directing one other movie. Prabhas-lead Project-k is the third film for him. Already, the film is being made on a lavish budget to get wonderful visual effects and experience on the big screens. This project is the most prestigious project ever in Tollywood, produced with a budget of more than 600 crores reportedly.
It has a huge star-studded cast from all parts of India, namely; Prabhas from Tollywood, Deepika Padukone, the female lead of this film from Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan also from B-town, Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan from Kollywood, Dulquer Salman from Mollywood, and many more.
With these many massive names on board, the anticipation is touching the sky. We are receiving only positive way of news from the makers and from insiders of the Telugu Film Industry on this project. There is only one thing bothering the fans of Prabhas, the actor’s last three Pan Indian films failed and those were heavily centred around “hype” rather than content. Can Nag Ashwin deliver a hat-trick with this or not..?
