Shriya Saran has crossed away from her prime but is still getting some good roles even at the age of 40. She scored a great hit with Drishyam 2 and is having multiple films as of now. Interesting is that the actress is also an integral part of the RRR film and she recently expressed her happiness over the Naatu Naatu Oscar nomination.
Speaking in an interview, Shriya said “Beautiful. I am super excited for the crew.”
She added, “Honestly, I hope it does. As I said, SS Rajamouli sir has worked hard on this film. Everyone has worked really hard. Every role is well-written and etched out. You remember every character. The story is so beautiful. People connected to it and they loved it. I hope it does well for itself to the maximum. You want everyone to watch your film and appreciate it. And the best part is, it is Indian cinema. When RRR gets selected, it becomes an Indian film, right? It is not a Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam film. When RRR does well, the whole Indian cinema gets an upliftment,”.
