Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan has topped Time magazine’s Time100 Reader Poll list. Time released its annual list of the most influential people based on reader voting. Shah Rukh Khan pushed Oscar-winning actor Michelle Yeoh, athlete Serena Williams, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Lionel Messi all behind.
More than 1.2 million people voted in this survey and Shah Rukh topped the list with 4% votes. Second, on the list are Iranian women who protested for freedom. Healthcare workers are in third place with 2% of the total votes. Prince Harry and Meghan came fourth with around 1.9% of the vote. Football legend Lionel Messi came fifth with 1.8% of the vote.
After being away from films for almost 4 years, Shah Rukh made a grand comeback in 2023 with Pathaan. It is followed by the first position in the international list. Pathaan starring Shah Rukh alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham is the biggest grosser of the year.
Shahrukh’s next film is Jawan. There is a lot of audience for the updates about the film in which Nayanthara will be the heroine under Atlee’s direction. New information regarding the casting of Jawan is coming out now. It is reported that Sanjay Dutt is also playing the lead role in the film.
