Making sure his streak of films on the big screen remain uninterrupted, Akshay Kumar is back with a brand new movie. Directed by Aanand L Rai, the family drama is titled Raksha Bandhan and stars Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in the leading roles.
Today the film’s trailer was set to release at 5.40 pm. A few days before the trailer launch, Akshay Kumar shared yet another brand new poster featuring him and his onscreen sisters.
Alongside Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar, the film also stars Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb, and Smrithi Srikanth. The film was produced under the banners of Colour Yellow Productions in association with Cape Of Good Films and Zee Studios.
The film’s release is exactly on the same day Raksha Bandhan will be observed across India. Just like the occasion, the film will also go through the heartwarming bond shared between brothers and sisters. The film is set to release on August 11, 2022.
