Sanya Malhotra is now enjoying success with her most recent movie, Kathal, which was just released. She has been receiving praise from reviewers and generating headlines for her outstanding performance. She has a promising slate of projects after this one, including Sam Bahadur with Fatima Sana Shaikh and Vicky Kaushal, and Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara. Sanya recently discussed her first encounter with SRK, her time spent working with him, and other topics in an interview with Sucharita Tyagi.
Sanya Malhotra acknowledged that she would often answer queries inanely when she was forbidden from talking about Jawan. She added that she is grateful that this information was made public before the premiere of Kathal because, in an other circumstance, she would not have known how to avoid appearing foolish when evading a question regarding her work with Shah Rukh Khan. Sanya later admitted that she had met King Khan at a Dangal party when she was questioned about whether she knew SRK before working with him. The actress also disclosed that she had been shadowing SRK at the party with her Dangal co-star Fatima Sana Shaikh.
After that, Sanya Malhotra was asked how it was to meet SRK on a legitimate set. Kathal actor’s response was, “It was unreal. For days I couldn’t believe it that I am doing a film with him. For days I had to keep reminding myself that ‘Sanya ye ho raha hai’.”
