Project K is set to release on January 20, 2024. The Nandi Award winner, director Nag Aswin has begun the shot in 2019. Nag Aswin started off as an assistant director under Shekhar Kammula’s guidance. The award-winning director debuted as a director through Evade Subramanyam starring Nani and Vijay Deverakonda and after a period, he delivered a hit like Mahanati which was critically acclaimed and was also well received by the audiences. Nag Aswin has bagged multiple awards and Mahanati was termed as an edge-of-the-seat entertainer for its intriguing content.
Project K the working title of Nag Aswin’s film has recently created a buzz, as reported in an interview with Anupama Chopra she revealed that Nag Aswin believes that he cast Deepika as his leading lady as she makes his life easier as an actor and a personality. Apart from her the cast follows, Prabhas, Amitabh Bachan, Disha Patani, and the list goes on. The music composer for the film was initially supposed to be Mickey J Myer who contributed some melodious tracks in Mahanati, A.aa, Happy days, Leader, and Brahmotsavam. The crew has reconsidered Mickey and choose to have Santhosh Narayan on board.
In a recent interview, Santhosh reveals that,” he has been working with the team and believes that the film is very well shot and had a wonderful experience working with them. Santhosh Narayan is currently working on Dasara, starring Nani, and the songs of the film are creating some noise among the masses.
