Samantha is one of the most popular and successful actresses in the Tollywood industry. She has done many hit films like Oh! Baby. Rangasthalam, Pushpa: The Rise, Aa aa, Majli and many more.
Last year in October, the actress revealed that she was diagnosed with a disease named Myosithis, an autoimmune condition that can cause muscles to become weak.
The actress revealed that she woke up with pins and needles in her eyes. She also said that it is ‘probably the worst thing to happen to an actor’. She also took a break from working after she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease.
There’s no remedy for myositis, but in most cases, treatment can put it into remission. Most people with myositis have it for the rest of their lives. People with myositis have an increased risk of developing rhabdomyolysis. Some cases of myositis can be fatal.
Reportedly, Samantha will be heading to the US for treatment and then to South Korea. The actress has not signed up for any films currently keeping the treatment in mind.
