We know that due to health issues, Tollywood’s trending actress Samantha has taken rest and her film with Vijay Devarakonda’s Kushi was affected mainly due to this. They planned the film Kushi for last year’s release but because of the delay in the shooting now the film may release this year-end.
Samantha is expected to start shooting after Sankranthi for this film. But due to the shooting of her upcoming web series Citadel, it got postponed and finally today Samantha joined the sets. The Telugu-language romantic comedy has been written and directed by Shiva Nirvana. Shiva had earlier directed the superhit Majili with Samantha and her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya. Kushi also features Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Lakshmi, Rohini, Ali, Rahul Ramakrishna, and others in supporting roles. This movie is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi given that both Samantha and Vijay have a very strong market across India
