Raveena Tandon, the Mohra actress is dedicating her day to her dearest, loveliest daughters Rasha Thadani, Chhaya Tandon and Pooja Tandon on the occasion of daughter’s day. This lady gang is busy celebrating this precious day and Raveena Tandon posted an Instagram story about the same. Take a look:
For the unversed, the reason why Raveena Tandon’s two daughters have her last name whereas one doesn’t is because she adopted Pooja and Chhaya Tandon before getting married. Initially, she had quietly adopted the girls to avoid tabloidism. At the tender of 21, Raveena adopted her cousin’s daughters, Pooja and Chhaya who were already 11 and 8 years old respectively in 1995.
Later in 2005, she got married to Anil Thadani and have two children together, daughter Rasha and son Ranbir Vardhan.
Both Pooja and Chaya are now married with kids of their own. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Raveena had spoken about how both of them are like her best friends. “My daughters are my best friends. I remember, when I got married, they were the ones who sat in the car and led me to the mandap. And now, I got the chance to walk them down the aisle. It is such a special feeling,” she had said.
Rasha Thadani is set to make her debut into Bollywood as an actress beside Ajay Devgan and his nephew Aaman Devgan and the release is tentatively in 2024.
