Director Sukumar is the one who was famous for all his classic films. Whenever the audience gets information about his film, they would expect some classic touch. But he gave a break to this image of himself by giving a commercial hit with the film ‘Rangasthalam’. But with that film, he gave a different look to Ram Charan, which he was never seen before. He played a mass role in that film, where he gave his best and have shown a different angle which was new to the audience. Rangasthalam movie has completed five years but the impact of the movie is still there. We all are aware of how big a hit the film was, it bagged many awards and good collections at the box office.
Sukumar has the art of storytelling in a new way, which is not easy for others. His first Telugu debut Arya was a super hit film. He made an impact on the audience with his first movie itself. It brought a lot of opportunities and fame to Allu Arjun. With Jagadam’s movie, he gave a new meaning to how Villanism. Arya 2 which was made as a sequel to Arya got good results too. His next film 100% Love starring Naga Chaitanya and Tamannah brought good marks to Sukku.
Though the ‘One’ movie with Superstar Mahesh Babu got a flop, Sukumar didn’t fail as Director. He uniquely filmed this movie. The movie ‘Naannaku prematho’ starring Taarak mesmerized the audience. With the Rangasthalam movie, Sukumar proved that he not only makes classic movies, but he made a deep impact with the commercial movie.
Rangasthalam movie will always be a big movie in Ram Charan’s career. Rangasthalam movie has completed five years today.
