Rana stays away from Ahimsa; read on to know more

If a hero from a well-established family in the industry is going to make a debut, then the buzz will be at its peak. Right from the first look, the hero and his film will be heavily promoted by bringing much-needed hype to the film. But for the debut of Daggubati’s successor Abhiram, there are no such things happening.

Directed by Teja, Abhiram is making his debut with ‘Ahimsa’. The movie is slated to release today, June 2. Abhiram being Ramanaidu’s grandson, Suresh Babu’s son, Rana’s younger brother and Venkatesh’s nephew, many thought promotions of the film would be sky high. However, it’s upside down as the Daggubati family is staying away from the movie without that tag appearing in the promotion.

Especially Rana came for the promotion of ‘Ahimsa’ only for one pre-release event. On the other hand, Rana is doing all the things to create buzz about the Pareshan movie which he is presenting. Interesting that the film is coming as a competitor to Ahimsa as both films are releasing on the same day. He is strongly promoting Pareshan and has already given many interviews with the team regarding the film. Recently he invited his fellow heroes and directors and held a small event for the film as well.

But he has done nothing for Ahimsa. At least Rana would have done an interview with Abhiram but haven’t. Venkatesh and Rana can promote the movie together but they don’t seem interested. While not promoting his brother’s film, Rana is promoting Pareshan’s film and releasing the film on Suresh Productions. And it has to be seen if Abhiram as a hero will succeed or not.
