SS Rajamouli who made our Telugu Industry on top of the world sets another interesting feat again. He was welcomed to the US talk show Late Night With Seth Meyers. He was the first Indian to be invited to a US talk show.
The host revealed that his face was hurting while watching RRR for the first time on Netflix as he was grinning ear to ear. For the unversed, Rajamouli’s Directorial RRR has made the nation proud by winning the Golden Globes award in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
This was the first nominee and in the first nominee, we got the award is not an easy thing. Rajamouli appeared as a guest on comedian-actor-filmmaker Seth Meyers’ talk show – Late Night With Seth Meyers. On his US talk show debut, Rajamouli spoke about the idea behind RRR, the audiences’ response to the movie across the world, and how the film has a connection to Quentin Tarantino’s 2009 hit Inglorious Basterds.
The film stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan in lead roles and won the Golden Globes award in the category of Best Song (Motion Picture) for Naatu Naatu. MM Keeravani is the music director. The box office numbers for this film reached 1200 crores ( INR).
