Handsome Hunk Prabhas revealed in a recent interview that he chooses films based solely on their ability to entertain the greatest number of people. He also hinted at some of his upcoming projects.
Prabhas is currently enjoying the success of his most recent film, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, directed by Prashanth Neel. The film was released on December 22nd and has been a huge success with both fans and critics.
Salaar was undoubtedly a much-needed film, especially given the Baahubali actor’s recent box-office slump. However, his performance as Deva in Prashanth Neel’s action comedy is considered one of the actor’s career highlights. In the most recent update, Prabhas revealed the criteria by which he selects his films.
Prabhas revealed in the interview that his only goal with his work is to entertain as many people as possible around the world. He went on to say that this is the same reason he tries different genres.
The actor also discussed the genres of his upcoming films, stating that while Salaar will be a rugged action film, Kalki 2898 AD will be a futuristic science fiction. At the same time, the one after that, most likely Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is billed as a horror film.
