‘Kalki 2898 ‘s release date
Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is gearing up for Nag Ashwin’s big science-fiction dystopian thriller ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, offered an update on the status of the film.
Amitabh Bachchan has shared an update on the highly awaited Telugu sci-fi thriller Kalki 2989 AD, which stars Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in important roles. With less than two months until its release, Bachchan took to his blog to discuss his experience working on Nag Ashwin’s project.
Bachchan is working late into the night on the project, but he said that it is all coming to an end, as the production is currently on the final leg of the shoot.
In his blog post, Bachchan wrote, “Late again… but late from work last night… as the completion of KALKI approaches… and as has been informed it is May 9th of the release… So last efforts to get all in shape and in order to bring to all an experience that promises the vision of the makers.”
Kalki 2898 – A.D became the first Indian film to be presented in San Diego Comic-Con’s prestigious “Hall-H” in July 2023, where the makers unveiled the official title & glimpse of the highly anticipated film. Kalki 2898 – A.D is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 9 May 2024.
