After the huge success of filmmaker Pa Ranjith’s “Sarpatta Parambarai,” in which actor Arya portrayed the role of a boxer, the combo was once again ready to collaborate for the sequel of the movie. In the follow-up film, named “Scarpetta Round 2,” Arya will return as Kabilan.
The film’s director himself shared the news with a poster writing “Scarpetta Round 2”. While the rest of the cast will be announced later. The actor Arya acclaimed appreciation and the movie became a huge success. After a series of hits and misses in Arya’s career, the prequel stands as the milestone film.
So far, it is expected that most of the cast will be retained and the story of Kabilan will continue. Actors Santhosh Prathap, John Kokken, Pasupathy, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Kalaiyarasan, John Vijay and Dushara Vijayan played crucial roles in ‘Sarpatta Parambarai’ which was released in the year 2021.
‘Sarpatta Round 2’ will be bankrolled by Jatin Sethi’s Naad studios with Pa Ranjith’s Neelam Production label and actor Arya’s The Show People production banners.
