Oridevuda among the Telugu films that released for Diwali on 21 October, opened to glowing reviews from critics though it didn’t perform on expected levels at the box office.
Ori Devuda is a remake version of Tamil movie Oh My Kadavule and it is a romantic comedy entertainer movie directed by Ashwath Marimuthu.
Vishwaksen made his acting with this romantic drama in which Mithila Palker played the female lead. This is her debut in Tollywood. Victory Venkatesh play a crucial role in this movie as God. The film premiered on Telugu OTT platform aha on November 11.
The film is finally making right noises in the OTT space. Within 40 hours from its premiere, the romantic entertainer registered record viewership on aha, clocking 100 million minutes, a special feat, given it has come solely due to the credibility of the content and strong performances by lead actors.
The Music was scored by Leon James while cinematography was done by Vidhu Ayyana and it is edited by Garry BH. The film is bankrolled by Pearl V Potluri, Param V Potluri, and Dil Raju under PVP Cinema banner.
