At the success meet of his latest release Veera Simha Reddy, Balakrishna’s general comment about Akkineni didn’t go down too well. Talking about his father Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao in his speech, Balakrishna said: “My father Sr NTR had some contemporaries, aa Ranga Rao (referring to SV Ranga Rao), Akkineni, Thokkineni, and some others”.
Though the hero hasn’t degraded Nagaswara Rao, the Akkineni brothers reacted to the issue totally in a different way.
Actors Naga Chaitanya and his brother Akhil Akkineni on Tuesday took to Twitter to share a statement in which they’ve indirectly reacted to actor Nandamuri Balakrishna’s recent speech. The latest buzz is that the issue is being taken further, with Akkineni family members not allowing NBK into their studio.
It is a known fact that currently, Nandamuri Balakrishna is doing a popular talk show Unstoppable with NBK on Aha. The second season of this is almost going to wrap up. However, it is being spread that there is an amidst episode shooting tomorrow, Annapurna Studios has sent a message to the Aha team, saying Nandamuri Balakrishna is supposed to not visit the studio. This news was heating up the issue between Akkineni and Nandamuri fans.
Meanwhile, some sources reveal that this news is not true. However, official information on this matter is yet to be received.
