When Manoj Bajpayee took the stage to receive the Best Actor award for Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai and Best Actor for Joram (Jury Choice) at an award function, he chose not only to express gratitude but also to recognize Kartik as a rising star in the industry.
In the winning speech, the actor dedicated his Best Actor Award to Karthik Aryan and praised him as a true representative of outsiders. People coming from outside the industry with stars in their eyes. He lauded Karthik’s journey after he later bagged the Best Actor award for his outstanding performance in the inspirational film Satyaprem Ki Katha.
Manoj Bajpayee called Karthik to the stage and spoke directly to him. He said,” So, before I thank my director, I thank you and all the actors like you who are gathering so much courage and coming to this big world and keep knocking on the door hard, harder, and hardest all the time till the door opens. So, this is also for you, Karthik.
Kartik Aaryan will be next seen in the sports drama Chandu Champion directed by Kabir Khan. The film shooting is wrapped up and is in the post-production phase. The inspirational film is scheduled to hit theaters on 14 June 2024.
