Super Star Mahesh Babu’s next project is a highly coveted film. The movie will mark his 28th film in the Telugu cinema industry. Fans have been brimming with anticipation ever since the movie was announced and the poster was released.
The movie, directed by Trivikram, will star Pooja Hedge and Sreeleela alongside Mahesh Babu. The motion picture is produced by S. Radha Krishna under his banner Haarika & Hassine Creations. The movie also features Jagapathi Babu in a pivotal role. National Film Award-winning Navin Nooli will be the editor for SSMB28, and National Film Award-winning music director S Thaman will compose the music score.
SSMB28 is the working title for the film until the actual title is locked. According to the reports, makers had considered many titles to find the appropriate one for the film. The title, “Amaravati Atu Itu” was under consideration for the title of the movie. However, another title is also being contemplated for the movie now. Speculations are rife that the movie title is going to be announced on the occassion of the Super Star Krishna’s birth anniversary on May 31. However, nothing is confirmed as of now.
SSMB28 will reunite Trivikram and Mahesh Babu after 12 years. The pair worked together on Khaleja[2010] and Athadu[2005] prior to this. We will also get to see the chemistry of Pooja Hedge and Mahesh Babu once again after 2019 film, Maharshi.
The posters for the film were released last month and took the fans by surprise with an out of the blue announcement. Mahesh Babu’s look in the poster has impressed the audience and his fans have been buzzing with excitement. The lead actors are set to surprise the fans with their new avatars in the flick. The movie is slated to release on 13 January, 2024.
