Lil Tay is not dead; yes, you heard it right. Yesterday we all heard the devastating news from her Instagram account. On August 9, a statement claiming to be from Lil Tay’s family revealed her alleged demise. The message also stated that her older brother, Jason Tian, had passed away at the age of 21, however, it did not specify the precise date of his passing.
Today she shocked the world by letting a source know that she is alive. She let the source know, “I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I’m completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say. It’s been a very traumatizing 24 hours. All day yesterday, I was bombarded with endless heartbreaking and tearful phone calls from loved ones all while trying to sort out this mess.”
Lil Tay rose to internet stardom at the age of 9 by displaying her contentious lifestyle on social media. She was well-known for her use of filthy language and for bragging about her fortune while posing in luxurious cars with wads of cash in her palms.
