LCU sequels…..
Lokesh Kanagaraj has established himself as one of the most sought-after directors in the South entertainment industry. A director who left his bank job to follow his passion for films has seen hattricks starting from his debut film Maanagaram.
Leo is now one of the films that have been the talk of the town since the movie title was announced just because the film is made by Lokesh Kanagaraj starring Vijay Joseph. The duo has already given a blockbuster Master and this is the second time collaborating.
Lokesh talking about his future plans on making LCU shared how he could now successfully establish an action drama universe in Tamil cinema and now wants to expand his ideas with more spin-offs and sequels. He wants to build the foundation of LCU strong first.
The Leo director further said there are chances of other directors joining his universe and he could only give it to other directors when the universe established is very strong as he considers himself still in a budding stage and action drama universe needs to be expanded with more detailing and strong characterizations.
For now, he only wants to do LCU and doesn’t want to give them to any established directors given the reason he created this universe and all the characters are solely his ideas but will give if LCU is established completely in the industry.
Leo starring Vijay Joseph and Trisha Krishnan will be released in theatres on October 19 for Dussehra worldwide. Sanjay Dutt and Arjun played vital roles in this film and the recently released trailer hyped the fans’ excitement.
