Popular singer KK had breathed his last due to a massive cardiac arrest the other day after performing at a concert in Kolkata. There were a lot of reports about his demise, and a few said that there were injuries to his body. However, the doctors did an autopsy on his body, and the report finally came out.
The autopsy report revealed that KK had major heart blockages for quite some time, which he did not treat thinking those to be acidity problems. His wife told officials that he always carried antacids. Traces of antacids were found in his body, and antacid strips were found in his hotel room, which the same police officials also confirmed.
KK had 80% blockage in the left main coronary artery and small blockages in various other arteries and sub-arteries. We hear that the singer could have been saved if CPR had been assisted.
However, the officials revealed that too much excitement during the live performance stopped the blood flow, leading to cardiac arrest.
