Netflix sets the table for 2024 with an experience like no other with the trailer drop of director Abhishek Chaubey’s Killer Soup. This series is born out of loose inspiration for the series following the fictitious town and its amateur heroes, villains, and everyone in between through fast-paced events.
The film’s trailer briefly narrates the story of an aspiring chef who wants the world to enjoy her Paya soup, and an accident sets off a series of mishaps and hasty cover-ups that land her and her lover in hot soup.
Actor Manoj Bajpayee said it is his first film where he will be seen in dual roles that are different from each other, and all of them involved in the making of this film created a certain pot-boiler unlike any other stemming from an accidental crime.
Konkana also shared that her experience of stepping into Swathi Shetty’s shoes was a unique experience as the character has lots of patches, depth, and darkness. She disclosed that she was waiting for the reaction of the audience. Killer Soup will be on the menu starting January 11 on Netflix.
