Keerthy Suresh is predominantly a South Indian actress who has done movies in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. However, she’s beginning to climb up the ladder of success as she extends her expanse into Bollywood with her upcoming debut.
Deservingly, Keerthy Suresh takes pride in adding awards to her bucket every year, for one reason or another. She’s done more than 20 films and finally, the perseverance is paying off as she becomes increasingly popular by the day. Today, she shared with her fans that she once again won the SIIMA awards for Best Actress Critics (Tamil) Award for her performance in Saani Kaayidham. SIIMA is not foreign to her. She’s won three accolades in the past from them, a National Film Award, and a Filmfare Award South, Keerthy was placed in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 list of 2021.
Coming back to her Bollywood debut, after Atlee Kumar’s debut action movie Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan is megahit, he’s enthusiastic to bring his next movie with the modern-time action hero Varun Dhawan, for the remake of his own written and directed Tamil movie Theri. Reports have confirmed that Keerthy Suresh will be the lead actress. However, there’s no confirmation on their end yet.
