Before the film’s release, the actress revealed that when she moved to Mumbai, she wanted to be only a model, and Malaika Arora was one of her role models. In a recent interview, Kaif discussed her journey and how she “looked up to” Malaika as a role model during her early modeling days.
Katrina Kaif reflected on her journey in a recent interview with Mashable India, revealing that when she moved to Mumbai, she only wanted to be a model and accidentally became an actor.
“When I first started as a model in Bombay, my goal was to be a model. Madhu Sapre and Lakshmi Menon were my role models. Those were the era’s supermodels. And, in fact, Malaika (Arora). At the time, she was still modeling. They were the women I admired. “That’s what I aspired to be as a model,” Katrina explained.
