When asked about reflecting on the actress’s career, she stated, ” I was fearless in the initial days of my career.” The actress explained that as a newcomer, she took every character as a challenge, which is evident to the audience as she appeared in diverse roles in various films.
Kat further also stated that sometimes one’s judgement clouds the idea of whether or not to do a film; as an artist, she chooses not to add to the empty cinema, but thoughts like whether the film will be a commercial success or not sometimes do get to her, making it hard to do a movie for a the love of the story or the character.
The film stars Vijay Sethupati and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, and the film features Sanjay Kapoor and Rajesh Williams, while Radhika Sarathkumar is limited to the Tamil version. Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte will appear in cameo roles.
Merry Christmas, a bi-lingual film directed by Sriram Raghavan, is all set to hit the screens on 12th January 2024.
