Ulaganayan Kamal Hassan is on a swing with his latest blockbuster, Vikram. The film was released to no expectations and saw tremendous word of mouth. The collections grew exponentially, leading it to breach the Rs 400 Crore mark, a barrier that only one Tamil movie could cross. While Kamal is enjoying this phase of his career, he seems to have landed in a trouble. The Tamilnadu government issued notices to the Ulaganayagan. It is noteworthy that Kamal is also a political leader in Tamilnadu. His home and party Makkal Needhi Mayyum’s office are both in the same house in the Chennai Alwarpeta area.
The DMK government is said to have sent notices to Kamal to surrender 170 square feet in his house. This is because the new line of Chennai’s metro rail will be passing through Kamal’s house. As a result, the government has no choice but to take Kamal’s house. His productions Raaj Kamal Films International office is also in the same location. It’s interesting to see if Kamal will hand over his house to the government obliging to the notices or if he fights for his home. Regarding his movies, the universal actor needs to complete director Shankar’s Bharateeyudu 2 shoot. He has already announced films with Mahesh Narayanan and Pa Ranjith and then the actor will move on the Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vikram 2.
