Mr And Mrs. Mahi is based on the life of the cricketer and former team India captain Mahender Singh Dhoni. Janhvi Kapoor starred alongside Rajkumar Rao. The sports drama is directed by Sharan Sharma and bankrolled by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions banner. The film marks the second film for the leads Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao.

He shared a film poster and announced the release date. In the backdrop of the color blue, it was mentioned that ‘Mr And Mrs. Mahi’ will be released on April 19, 2024.
