Nani’s latest movie ‘Dasara’ garnered a huge craze before its release. Even the pre-release business is also amazing. This latest movie Dasara started breaking records long before its theatrical release. The makers sold the theatrical rights for 48 cr and digital rights for 29 cr, whereas the budget of this film is around 65cr.
Dasara made a massive first-day opening and broke the records of previous high-budget movies of this year. The movie collected a total of 38+ crores on its first day. This movie also entered the one million club in the US premiers.
Now the second-day collections of this movie are out. As the film collected a total of 37 crores on its first day, Dasara earned a staggering 15 crores on its second day. The film’s two days worldwide total stands at 53 Cr+. This movie collected over 1.2 million dollars in the USA.
The start of IPL had shown its effect on the collections of Dasra. But the film may increase its collections this Saturday and Sunday. Another advantage for the movie is, Dasara has no competition in the theatres until the release of Mass Maha Raja’s Ravanasura on April 7th next weekend. Let’s see whether Ravansura affects Dasara or Dasara affects Ravanasura.
