Huge Business for Nani’s Dasara!

Hero Nani’s yet another experiment in his career is Dasara. Directed by the debutant Srikanth Odela, the film’s shoot is on a shoot-stop-shoot mode as the makers are not happy with some of the scenes. The director is making changes accordingly in the script. The project might get on track soon as Nani is blocked without doing any other movies. Natural Star has to maintain his long hair and beard for continuity. As the movie is gearing up for shooting, the latest update is doing rounds in the trade circles that the film has got a record price for the theatrical rights. For digital, Hindi, Satellite and audio rights combined, Dasara is said to be minting Rs 47 Crores. The movie is estimated to be made on a budget of Rs 60 Crores which indicates that the project could is a profitable venture for the producers.

The movie is said to be based on the life of a miner in Singareni Colleries. Inspired by true-life events, the story revolves around the protagonist miner who fights for their rights. Till now, just 30 percent of the shoot is completed yet the hype the flick gets is interesting. Nani is looking for a solid blockbuster for the past few years. Even though Jersey was a hit, it remained a cult classic rather than a blockbuster. In the current trend, the actor who delivers blockbusters has more market than those who deliver cults. That’s the reason Nani has opted for this very rugged and mass storyline. The movie might see its release mostly for the summer of next year.
