Anupam Kher, the famous face in Bollywood is also a great human outside of his acting. In his personal life, he has been helpful, generous and most importantly, a true best friend. Here’s how he fulfilled his best friend responsibilities that, when you hear, will make you shed a tear.
Satish Kaushik and Anupam Kher’s eternal friendship is an idol for their friends, an inspiration they look to. Unfortunately, as it’s the law of nature that everyone has to die some day. Anupam Kher lost his best friend Satish Kaushik recently in March, 2023. Thereafter, Kher took some time off to grieve about the most special person in life. But, amid the chaotic processing of trauma, he didn’t forget someone who didn’t deserve to feel the empty gaps of a missing father – Vanshika, Kaushik’s daughter.
Kher expressed, “Even before Satish’s death, I used to go to their place and talk to her a lot. But after his death, I go out of my way to take out time and really make an effort to spend time with her to make her feel that there is a father figure in her life.,” says Kher, adding, “I can’t replace Satish in her life, nobody can. But I can certainly give her emotional strength. I also need strength because I lost a part of me. I was really attached to Satish, who would call me every day. I miss him every single day. He was a habit in my life.”
Truly, Kaushik was friends with a gem who not only loved him but also everyone that he loved. The internet is saluting him for being such a considerate and brave human being for putting the needs of a fatherless child first. On friendship day, he posted a photo with his best buddy and said, ““Missing Satish a little more today”. They’d been friends for more than 4 decades which is longer than some of us have been alive for.
For the unversed, Satish Kaushik is an actor, screenwriter, director, producer and comedian. With Mr. India, his life flew into action. While he was alive, the last film of his that he could personally talk about was Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency. There’s two other films Kaagaz 2 and Mirg that are yet to be announced.
Anupam Kher, on the other hand, is a superstar who has never done less than 4 movies in the year he was active in B-Town. For those who can’t recollect where you saw him from, he was Sushant Singh Rajput‘s on-screen father in the movie MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. Remember him now?
