Harsha Chemudu says he has been inferior for a very long time

Harsha Chemudu, in a one-on-one conversation with well-known journalist Ram Venkat Srikar, reminisces about his journey; the actor during the conversation shared he felt inferior for the longest time of his life. 

Reflecting on body shaming issues, the actor shared that he felt inferior and would shut himself in a room if any of his relatives visited his house when he was young. Many know Harsha Chemudu for his work in short films, notably Viva, which introduced various actors to the audience. Harsha struggled with asthma ever since he was young; the actor was provided with a steroid shot due to a massive asthma attack when he was a ten-month-old baby, which was supposed to be offered to kids of age equivalent to 5 years or more which ultimately had side-effects of weight gain. 

The actor shared various instances where he was openly body-shamed on the train in front of his parents and at school; the Dead Pixels actor shared that he made up his mind in his 11th grade; he articulated, “If somebody is looking at me and laughing at me, it is just because of my existence, if I wasn’t there one minute of that smirk wouldn’t have been possible for the other person.”. He further added,” Magically, bro, no regrets; from that day, it was no more laughing at me; it was laughing with me.” the actor will shortly appear in the upcoming release Ooru Peru Bhairavakona which is going to hit the theatres on 16th February.
