Mahesh Babu’s much anticipated Guntur Kaaram was released on Friday worldwide and is expected to see a huge opening.
Trivikram Srinivas’s directorial Guntur Kaaram was made with an estimated budget of Rs 200 crores and is expected to perform well on its first day in India. As per a report by Sacnilk.com, Guntur Kaaram collected an estimated Rs 50 crore net in India and overseas Rs 10.77 crore, a total of Rs 60. 77 crore which is a decent start. The film also features Sreeleela and Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ramya Krishna, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, and Jagapathi Babu and was produced by S. Radha Krishna and was released to mixed reviews.
Guntur Kaaram’s gross collection from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is approximately Rs 44.50 crore, followed by Karnataka’s Rs 4.5 crore and then Tamil Nadu’s (0.50 crore) and another 0.50 crores from other territories in India and overseas $ 1.3 million approximately Indian currency Rs 10,77,34,055.
According to a source, Trivikram Srinivas directoral Guntur Kaaram had an overall 74.67% Telugu occupancy on Friday with cities such as Vijayawada and Guntur registering 99% occupancy. Guntur Kaaram is expected to have done good business in its advance bookings. It is estimated the rise in occupancy is due to the upcoming Sankaranthi holidays.
