First single out from “Maamannan”

Mari Selvaraj is renowned for his debut film, Pariyerum Perumal, and the Dhanush Karnan movie. His next film with Udhayanidhi Stalin is under the Red Giants banner and is titled Maamannan. This movie stars Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vadivelu, Fahadh Faasil, and Keerthy Suresh. Produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin and co-produced by Shenbaga Moorthy and R. Arjun Durai.

The first single, “Raasa kannu,” from Maamannan is out now. A song composed, produced, and arranged by great Indian music director A.R. Rahman with lyrics penned by Yugabharathi and sung by actor Vadivelu sounds like a ballad of sorrow. A.R Rahman has masterfully used Vadivelu’s voice, violins, and subdued beats to create a heartbreaking piece. The lyric video includes montages and snippets from the song recording. Sandy Master arranged the dance to this tune. The film’s editing was done by Selva Rk, and the cinematography was done by Theni Eswar.

According to rumors, Udhaayanidhi Stalin will retire from acting after this movie and embrace politics. The movie Maamannan will now be released in June. The audience is hoping Mari Selvaraj will once again produce a classic.
