Since long back, Bollywood domination can be seen clearly in the Indian Cinema Industry. The bollywood ruled the whole India for more than decades. But times have changed. Nothing is impossible and not permanent too.
In past, the bollywood can have atleast 20-25 blockbusters for each year in form of positive reviews and in collection too. But from few years, the B-town is not getting much fire to continue it’s limelight.
Seriously, we are at the end of this (2022) year, only 3 three films were managed to pass the benchmark of 200 crores club on domestic market. This seems that the B-town have to think of it once and must have to bring back its glory.
Drishyam 2 is a thriller starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu, has earned more than Rs 200 cr at the domestic box office, becoming only the third Hindi movie this year to do so after Brahmastra and The Kashmir Files.
Despite the other two Bollywood releases, the Ayushmann Khurrana action film An Action Hero and Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon’s comedy-thriller Bhediya, Drishyam 2, which released on November 18, had a strong, comfortable run at the box office. The thriller brought in Rs 4.67 crore on its fourth Saturday, bringing it a respectable Rs 203.58 crore at the box office.
The movie is a remake of the well-liked Mohanlal-starring Malayalam original of the same name. The original movie is dubbed into many languages. In Telugu, the lead roles of the movie done by Victory Venkatesh and Meena.
