Dream Girl 2 Reunion
Ayushmann Khurrana featured Dream Girl 2 hit theatres on August 25 this year and went on to become a hit theatrically. The movie entered the 100 crore club at the box office. In the second installment, Ananya Panday replaced Nushrratt Bharuccha who played the love interest of Ayushmann in the prequel.
On 12 September, the main leads of Dream Girl 2, Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday along with the rest of the cast and crew members had a reunion to celebrate the success of the film. Nushrratt Bharrucha the female in the first installment is also seen attending the event.
The whole team of Dream Girl celebrated the birthday of Raaj Shaandilyaa and the grand success of Dream Girl 2 entering into a 100 crores club at the box office. The main lead Ananya Panday also shared a BTS video from the movie on her Instagram feed thanking the audience for achieving this feat.
The Liger actress captioned, “My first century!! it’s not just about the number (which I do admit feels great) but it’s also proof of the love #DreamGirl2 has gotten from the audiences which I’m forever grateful for. Thank you to EVERYONE who made it possible.” To mark the occasion Ayushmann Khurrana also shared a video expressing his gratitude for taking the film into 100 crore club.
Ayushmann Khurrana opted for a beige jacket paired with a white T-shirt and a pair of black trousers while Ananya Panday on the other hand wore an embellished saree which she paired with a stylish off-shoulder blouse. The actress looked all pretty completing her apparel with a statement choker and matching earrings.
