Dilip Kumar’s bungalow to be demolished
Dilip Kumar who passed away in 2021, was a blessing to Bollywood for decades. He had a renowned Pali Hill bungalow in Mumbai that was under dispute for quite some long. Since he was a legendary public person, the public demanded that his property was kept intact. However, infrastructural organizations wanted to occupy the space for their residential projects. Finally, the settlement was announced. However, keeping the sentiments of his fans in mind, they’re not letting go of his memories completely. Sympathetically, a museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar and his illustrious career will be built on the ground floor of the 11-floor apartment.
Real estate developer Ashar Group has tied up with Dilip Kumar’s family for the project. Sharing more details, the publication also shared that the plot is based on a half-acre land and the total construction area of the project will be 1.75 lakh square feet. The said bungalow was embroiled in a legal dispute for years. But Dilip Kumar’s family finally got back the keys in 2017. Ashar Group also told the publication that the legal issues got solved.

He was also diagnosed with pleural effusion i.e. the accumulation of fluid in between the parietal and visceral pleura, called the pleural cavity. In layman’s terms, fluid filled up in lungs that deteriorated his health further.
