In a recent interview with TV9, producer Dil Raju discussed his upcoming film projects. He stated that he plans to focus on making “larger than life” films with heavy use of VFX. He announced the names and directors of some of his upcoming films, including “Jatayu” with Indraganti Mohana Krishna, “Vishnumbara” with HIT director Sailesh Kolanu and “Ravanam” with KGF director Prashanth Neel.
Ravanam is expected to have Prabhas in the lead role. Prabhas and Neel are already working on the film Salaar. They will work on another film which will also mark the reunion of Dil Raju with Prabhas.
Dil Raju is currently producing a film with director Shankar, starring Kiara Advani and Ram Charan Tej, under the working title #RC15. Thaman is the music director of the film. Srikanth, Jayaram, Naveen Chandra and Anjali are a part of the film.
Despite the underperformance of his recent bilingual film “Varisu” in the Telugu states, Dil Raju aims to continue producing more pan-Indian films.
