The release of the films Varasudu and Pushpa 2 is one of the most eagerly anticipated box office battles in Tollywood. The former, produced by Dil Raju, has already caused a stir in the industry by surpassing the show count of a major film.
Now, speculation is arising that Raju may attempt to release his upcoming film, featuring Ram Charan and directed by Shankar, during the next Sankranthi festival. However, it has also been reported that Mythri Movie Makers is planning to release Sukumar’s and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 during the same festival.
This has caused concern among industry leaders and fans, as a release clash between these two highly anticipated films could split the audience. However, if Dil Raju and Mythri decide to go head-to-head with their releases, the outcome could be on a different scale. Some insiders from the Mega family say that they will try to avoid this clash, as they don’t want to split the fans.
If this occurs again for the following Sankranthi, it is clear that things are not going well between the two production houses.
