Makers wrote, “Sir is all set for his travel with Banjara in his speakers! Banjara is releasing today at 04:04 PM”. The film’s music composer GV Prakash took to his social media handle to announce the news a few days back.
The first single of the movie has been buzzing in the music charts and has completed 30 million views on youtube.
Directed by Venky Atluri, ‘Vaathi/Sir’ is a Tamil and Telugu bilingual film and will be released in Telugu as ‘Sir’. The film is said to be a period drama, and it has Dhanush playing the role of a teacher who goes against injustice in the education system. He is paired against Samyuktha Menon in the movie.
On the work front, Dhanush is currently shooting for his new film ‘Captain Miller’ with director Arun Matheswaran.
