The 68th National Film Awards were announced Today, in New Delhi, with the honours for the 2021 films. This award event is headed by the Directorate of Film Festivals, which comes under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Interestingly, the Telugu super hit film Colour Photo scored the National Award for the Best Film Category. Starring Suahas and Chandini Chowdhary as the lead pair, the film is directed by Sandeep Rsj.
Due to Covid Pandemic, the film missed its theatrical release and was directly streamed on Aha OTT platform. on 23rd October, 2020.
The movie gained a huge response from the audience and impressed almost everyone with its heartwarming plot. Even the songs along with Suhas, Chandini and Sunil performances made the film more appealing.
Finally paying for the Team’s hard work, Colour Photo bagged the National award.
Bankrolled by Sai Rajesha Neelam and Benny Muppaneni under Amrutha Productions and Loukya Entertainments, the film also stars big boss 1 runner Adarash and popular Youtuber Viva Harsha in important roles.
